Delivery

Where do we deliver?

We deliver to all countries of the European Union. For the time being we don't deliver outside the EU. Perhaps later to the United Kingdom, Switzerland and Norway; we will announce that when it happens. Territories that belong to an EU country but lie outside the EU's VAT or customs territory (such as the Canary Islands) are excluded for the time being. NOT VERIFIED, have it checked: confirm the exact list with your carrier.

When do we ship?

• Your order is on its way within 2 working days of your payment.
• The delivery time is usually 2 to 5 working days after dispatch, depending on the country.
• You get an email with the tracking link as soon as the parcel is on its way.
• Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

By law we have to deliver within 30 days of your order at the latest, unless we agree otherwise. We comfortably meet that.

What does delivery cost? (example rates)

Several shirts in one parcel? Then you pay for delivery only once (up to 3 shirts per parcel). If you have more than 3 shirts, we send a second parcel and charge delivery again for it.

How do we pack?

Every shirt is washed gently (or aired, if it is better not to wash it), folded and packed firmly. Every parcel contains a story card: a small card with what we know about the shirt, and what we don't. We ship with [VERVOERDER]. Our parcels travel with tracking [and are insured up to € [BEDRAG]].

Who is responsible if something goes wrong on the way?

We are, until you (or someone else you name, who is not the carrier) take delivery of the parcel. If your parcel doesn't arrive or is damaged, email us as soon as you can at [E-MAIL]. We will sort it out with the carrier and make sure you get a solution. Because every shirt is unique, that may mean we refund your order instead of sending a replacement.

Nobody home, or the address is wrong

Let the carrier leave your parcel at a pick-up point or deliver again, following the message you receive. Is your address wrong? Email us before the parcel leaves and we will change it. After dispatch you can change it with the carrier using the tracking link, if they allow it.

Customs

Within the EU you pay no customs duty. If we later deliver to countries outside the EU, we will announce on this page who pays any import duties and taxes.

Returns

You have 14 days to change your mind

Does the shirt not fit, or is it not what you were looking for after all? You have 14 days after receiving the shirt to withdraw from your purchase, without having to give a reason. Here is how it works, in brief:

1. Let us know within those 14 days. Use the button Withdraw from the contract here on our website, or email us, or use the model form. We confirm your withdrawal straight away by email.
2. Send the shirt back within 14 days of letting us know. Address: [RETOURADRES]. Keep your proof of postage.
3. We refund you, at the latest 14 days after we learn of your withdrawal. We do that using the payment method you paid with.

What does a return cost?

The cost of sending it back is for you. So choose a delivery method with tracking, so that we can both be sure the shirt has arrived. (CHOICE: if you want to pay the return costs yourself, delete this sentence and the mention in the terms and conditions.)

What if the shirt is damaged or not as described?

Then you have the legal guarantee and you don't have to pay anything to send it back. See the terms and conditions and the return policy.
