Withdraw from the contract here

For the customer: you have 14 days to change your mind

If you buy a shirt from us, you may withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days, without having to give a reason. Here is how it works.

When does the period start?

The day after the shirt was delivered to you: the day after you, or someone you have named who is not a carrier, took delivery of the parcel. If your shirts were delivered in several parcels, the period starts the day after you took delivery of the last parcel.

How do you withdraw?

You have three ways. Choose the easiest.

1. Online, with the withdrawal button. Go to [WEBSITE]/en/withdraw (the link "Withdraw from the contract here" is at the bottom of every page). Enter your name, your order number and your email address and confirm with the button "Confirm withdrawal". You don't need to log in. You get an acknowledgement of receipt by email straight away, with the content of your statement and the date and time.
2. By email to [E-MAIL]. Put your name, your order number and the shirts concerned in the email.
3. With the model form below. Send it completed by email or by post.

So you don't have to use the form. A clear statement is enough. Your withdrawal is in time if you send it before the end of the period.

Sending the shirt back

Send the shirt back no later than 14 days after you have told us that you are withdrawing, to:

Put the shirt in sturdy packaging and use a delivery method with tracking. Keep your proof of postage. Put the story card in with it if you still have it (that isn't compulsory).

The direct cost of sending it back is for you. (CHOICE for the trader: this can be done differently. If so, change this whole section and the terms and conditions.)

Refund

• We refund everything you paid us, no later than 14 days after we learn of your withdrawal.
• That includes the delivery cost you paid for the cheapest standard delivery that we offer. If you chose a more expensive delivery method, we keep the difference.
• We refund using the same payment method you paid with, at no cost to you. You don't have to accept a voucher.
• We may wait to refund until we have received the shirt or until you prove that you have sent it back, whichever happens first. In practice we refund as soon as the shirt is with us and we have looked at it.

In what condition must the shirt come back?

You may look at the shirt and try it on, as in a shop. If you wear it outside, wash it or damage it, we may deduct an amount for the loss in value. That is how the law works. The shirt doesn't have to come back in its original packaging, but sturdy packaging is advisable.

Exceptions

Some purchases can't be withdrawn from, such as goods made specially for you or personalised, or sealed goods that you have opened and that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons. These exceptions do not apply to our shirts: we don't sell personalised shirts and there is no hygiene seal on them.

Did you not receive any information?

If we have not informed you correctly about your right of withdrawal, the period is extended by up to 12 months after the first period. So we try not to let that happen: this information is on our site and in your confirmation email.
